Federal Tax Credits have expired as of 12/31/2011 for HVAC, air conditioning, heat pumps, electric and gas furnaces, and water heaters. If you purchased in 2011, you can apply for the tax credits, but they do not apply in 2012 unless Congress votes to extend them. For more information, click here.
