About Us

Industry experience: I have been working in the construction industry for over 28 years. Currently, I own and operate 2 companies: One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and for 20 years Controlled Rain, LLC.

Hobbies: In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, riding jet skis, fishing and playing party poker with fake money. I dedicate 6 months of each year to the community by coaching girls club volleyball which has been my passion for 17 years.

Fun fact about Brian: I have 3 daughters, 2 of which I had the privilege of coaching volleyball to. Also I have a 3-year old grandson and a 2-year old granddaughter. I am officially a Grandpa and I'm loving it!

Industry experience: I have co-owned and operated a construction company, Controlled Rain, LLC, with my husband for 20 years. In 2009, we opened a nationally recognized company, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, located in Tumwater, Washington. We proudly serve Thurston, Pierce, and Lewis counties.

Hobbies: I love spending time with my family, scrapbooking and playing tennis.

Fun fact about Libbie: Since I've been 9 years old, I have always won the Shoot-the-Duck roller-skating contest. I have never lost to date; however, I haven't been roller-skating for 4 years.

Industry experience: Honestly, I have only worked in the HVAC industry for a little over 4 years but I have learned so much it makes my head spin! Learning all of the different aspects of the industry has been so fun and interesting! I literally learn something new everyday and that is what makes my job so fun!

Hobbies: Fun!! I love having Fun! I enjoy scrapbooking or wakeboarding. I LOVE summer sports and have tried slalom skiing. I'm not very good at it but I've had a blast learning! I used to be pretty good at volleyball so when I get the chance it's always fun to take a stroll down memory lane and play a match or two.

Fun fact about Kai: Well a fun fact about me is that my baby boy is almost 3! My pride and joy is my baby boy Knox! I never thought it would happen but being a Mom is the most fun I've ever had!

Industry experience:  I have over 5 years of customer service experience, 4 years of administrative experience, and about a year in a half of management experience. I also have my Associates Degree in Business Management and Administration. Though I have never worked in the HVAC industry before I very much have enjoyed learning the industry and have grown to love it.

Hobbies: Though it doesn't seem like I have much time for hobbies, I guess they hide in the little things I do. I enjoy cooking and implementing different combinations of spices, talking about my son, and checking things off of my to-do list. I also enjoy movie nights with my little family, and get togethers with the rest of my family.

Fun fact about Tommi: I have a beautiful baby boy named Kien. He is 8 months old. He is the most perfect and amazing part of my life. Going home to my little family is my favorite part of the day. They can always make me smile:) 

Industry experience: I have over 11 years of install and system design, metal fabrication, gas piping and over 4 years of service, sales, and project management for residential and commercial customers. 
 
Hobbies: My hobbies are: surfing, snowboarding, playing guitar, and being a husband and dad.
  
Fun fact about Daniel: A fun fact about me is that I was in a "Rock" band that travelled around Washington playing shows and we even made it on the radio.

Donovan
Service Technician

Industry experience: I have over 6 years in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) field and also have experience welding, wiring and am good at diagnosing problems and then fixing HVAC issues.   

Hobbies: My hobbies are: basketball, going to the gym, travelling, and gardening. 
 
Fun fact about Donovan: A fun fact about me is that I lived in Hawaii for 25 years and I am related to Martha Washington and Robert E. Lee. 

Industry experience:
I have been working in the HVAC industry for a short time and I really enjoy this industry and am learning quickly.    

Hobbies:
I love hanging out with my friends and family, and enjoy hiking and motor sports.

I have lived in Hawaii.

I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends, snowboarding, and playing and coaching volleyball.

I coach and play volleyball year round.  You never know what color my hair is going to be.

I have worked in a customer service / administrative position forever. 

Hobbies:
I really enjoy spending time with my granddaughter and my family.

I really enjoy spending time with my family, leading a teen girls Bible study, and watching movies.

My husband and I love drawing up plans and designing houses together, that we would like to build someday.

Industry experience:
I have been in the HVAC industry for as long as I can remember.  I have owned and operated my own One Hour in Vancouver, WA.  I have been helping manage the One Hour in Olympia and having a great time.  We focus on training and accomplishing our goals. 

Hobbies:
I love my wife and kids and thank God everyday to have such a great life.

I own a heating company and still have an old heating system.  Soon to be upgraded by the best!
