Our furnace got sick on Dec. 23, so I put out a bid on the morning of the 24th (Christmas Eve). One-Hour called back within a half-hour, and we scheduled an appointment for the first business day after Christmas. The representative was prompt, courteous, and helpful. We made a deal right then, and they showed up the next morning to do the install. The install went off without a hitch, and we are now warm and toasty!
